Chef Santo was back at CHS!

Our Year 10 students enrolled in the Hospitality and Catering program recently had another exciting visit from Chef Santo, a skilled professional chef.

This time, under his guidance, the focus was on creating a simple yet delicious dough made from eggs and flour. This foundational recipe will serve as the base for their homemade pasta.

The experience not only provided practical skills but also filled the classroom with a sense of excitement and collaboration. The students thoroughly enjoyed having a professional chef lead the lesson, finding his teaching style both engaging and inspiring.
