Wear It Pink for Breast Cancer Now
Today, CHS was awash with every shade of pink as students and staff came together to proudly celebrate #wearitpink in support of Breast Cancer Now.
From the moment the doors opened, there was a real sense of excitement in the air. Laughter echoed through the corridors as students set off on a lively treasure hunt, and the irresistible smell of freshly baked cakes drifted from the hall, ready for the morning’s much-anticipated sale.
Thanks to the kindness and enthusiasm of our school community, we’ve already raised around £100 — with more still coming in. Every contribution, no matter the size, is helping to make a difference.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Mrs Woodard, whose inspiring breast-awareness assembly last week set the tone for today’s events. Her thoughtful words empowered our students and reminded us all why showing support truly matters.
Thank you to everyone who dressed up, joined in, donated, or cheered us on.
Your support means more than you know.
