Fútbol Lingo

MFL invited Fútbol Lingo to the school to work with an enthusiastic group of 65 KS3 students.

Pierce from Fútbol Lingo delivered an inspiring assembly that emphasized the importance of languages in careers within the sports industry.

After the assembly, all students participated in a classroom session where they represented French and Spanish-speaking countries competing to host the next World Cup.

The students showed great enthusiasm and were eager to showcase their newly learned French and Spanish phrases.

Finally, the students were taken to the astro turf, where things got quite serious as they competed in a football tournament with a twist—scoring goals while remembering football terms under pressure!

The students had a fantastic day, and there were many positive comments, including:
